Amazon Robotics Technical Support Professional

As a Technical Support Engineer at Amazon Robotics, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with on-site robotics technicians and engineers to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Partnering with software development engineers to ensure seamless integration of our robotic systems.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and internal projects to enhance our team's efficiency and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in technical support, preferably in a first-line operations team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with various levels of customers and leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Linux and SQL querying.
