Job Description

Europcar is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales excellence and profitability at our Luton Airport location. As a key member of our airport team, you will lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize incremental sales, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in staff training, coaching, and development will be critical in achieving sales targets and promoting a 'Serviced Based Sales' culture. Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver five-star customer service.
* Work closely with the Station Manager to achieve incremental sales RPD targets.
* Maximise incremental sales through effective training, coaching, and staff development.
* Manage staff performance, through documented reviews and corrective actions.
