Maintenance Supervisor

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Estates Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of excellent patient care by managing a comprehensive maintenance, repair, and minor works service across our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a planned maintenance, repair, and installations service that represents quality and value for money at all times.
- Provide Authorised Person (AP) duties as a highly specialised service management and system control for various disciplines in accordance with statutory documents and Scottish Health Technical Memoranda (SHTM) guidance.
- Manage Human Resource issues through NHS Scotland PIN Guidelines & NHS Greater Glasgow Human Resource policies.
- Responsible for the performance of work including activities which are complex and/or non-routine while ensuring compliance with Statutory and GG&C Health & Safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
