Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Weekend Day Concierge to join our team at a residential building in London. As a Weekend Day Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Security and Crisis Management: Maintain security at the building and take responsibility in crisis situations, such as fires, floods, or intruders.
  • Key Management: Supervise and log keys held in reception, ensuring they are correctly checked in and out.
  • Contractor Supervision: Monitor the presence of contractors and supervise their activities to minimize disturbance to residents, maintaining daily records and reporting to the Managing Agents/Board of Directors as required.
  • Mail and Delivery Management: Supervise and monitor mail and deliveries logged.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Supervise cleaners to ensure the building's high standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a residential or hotel environment is preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: You should be of tidy personal appearance, courteous to all residents, and willing to provide assistance, especially to the elderly.

Working Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 7am-7pm

Salary: £16,411pa (£13.15ph)
