Personal Lines Insurance Handler

About the Role

As an Insurance Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer inquiries and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing correspondence, renewals, and new business quotations
  • Complying with all approved procedures and customer service standards
