Job Description

Manchester and Trafford Local Care Organisations (LCOs) are seeking a seasoned Transformation Portfolio Manager to lead the successful delivery of their transformation portfolio.

This is a senior project management role, responsible for developing, managing, and delivering complex, high-value transformation work of strategic importance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme and project management, with experience in managing resources and developing effective relationships within and outside the LCOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex transformation projects
  • Manage and coordinate resources within the PMO team and the wider LCOs
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues inside and outside the LCOs
  • Work collaboratively across the LCOs Transformation Portfolio using a common LCO project methodology and approach to change management

What We Offer:

A competitive annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
