At NatWest Group, we're seeking a highly experienced and skilled Enterprise Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in strategic management and leadership in a complex financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the prioritisation of our enterprise investment portfolio, ensuring tight review of investment progress against approved business cases.
  • Oversee the forward-looking transformation plan and transition states, ensuring investment initiatives support the overall strategy.
  • Coordinate the investment portfolio planning and backlog prioritisation cycle, balancing strategic outcomes, risk appetite, cost, and benefit delivery.

The salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In partnership with key stakeholders, you'll develop the enterprise investment plan bringing together the key teams involved in the management of the portfolio.

We're looking for someone who can manage the stage-gate funding process and decisions, as well as provide accurate and timely reporting including planning and prioritisation, outcomes and updates, and investment initiatives across relevant governance forums.
