About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Adviser to join our team at Office Angels. As a Data Protection Adviser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to data protection enquiries, ensuring transparency and a traceable audit trail.
  • Manage data protection breaches and minimize risk.
  • Review and provide feedback on data protection documents.
  • Coordinate responses to individual rights requests.
  • Develop and review Data Sharing Agreements and Data Processing Agreements.
  • Promote staff engagement and awareness of data protection matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the 'Data Protection Hub' SharePoint site.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • A good general standard of education and/or evidence of continued professional development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
  • A formal Data Protection qualification (desirable).
  • A detailed understanding of data protection regulations.
  • Experience providing helpdesk support.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
