Electronics Specialist - Electronic Safety Equipment

We are seeking an Electronics Specialist with experience in servicing, calibrating, and repairing electronic instrument equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic instrumentation and be able to provide proactive maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of electronic instrument products on-site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of electronic instrument products on-site.
  • Troubleshooting and servicing electronic equipment, ensuring full operational functionality.
  • Performing user training for customers when needed.
  • Managing van stock, including life-critical components.
  • Working closely with Service Admin to schedule jobs efficiently and meet customer requirements.

Requirements for this Electronics Specialist role include:

  • Experience in troubleshooting/repair, commissioning, or installation of electronic instrumentation.
  • ONC or HNC/HND level qualifications in electrical or electronics engineering preferred.
  • Knowledge of control panels, and PLC experience is a bonus.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations, including RAMs & POWRAs.
  • Full UK driving license.
