Job Description

As the Head of Heritage Consultancy, you will be responsible for leading our Consultancy team to deliver high-quality consultancy services and documents. This will involve managing and growing the team, developing and implementing quality assurance processes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including tendering for contracts and building relationships with potential clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in archaeology or a related field, and significant experience in heritage consultancy work
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing teams and delivering projects against tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
