Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of servers and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and quality food.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to guarantee a smooth dining experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and promotions.
