We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Spalding. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

The Role

We are looking for a strong communicator with natural leadership skills to take charge of our restaurant operations. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Managing restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer feedback
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment
