Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales floor team as a Service Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participating in visual merchandising activities, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and engaging for customers
