Role Overview

Bush & Co is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Associate Rehabilitation Manager to join our team of specialist clinicians. This role is ideal for an individual with strong clinical experience and a passion for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Clinical Associate Rehabilitation Manager who will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients through their rehabilitation journey. This will involve leading on assessment, goal setting, and signposting for clients, as well as advocating for their needs and assessing requirements for a fulfilled life.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients through their rehabilitation journey
  • Lead on assessment, goal setting, and signposting for clients
  • Advocate for clients' needs and assess requirements for a fulfilled life
  • Manage administration, including reports and instructions to third parties

Requirements

  • Valid clinical registration with an appropriate body
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation packages and case management
  • Strong relationship building skills and willingness to travel extensively
