Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our bank team, providing flexible hours to support our hospital pharmacy services. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work in a district general hospital, supporting safe and effective prescribing and verification of discharge prescriptions. You will also have opportunities to work in the dispensary, supporting weekend and bank holiday shifts.

To be successful in this role, you will have a clinical or hospital background, with experience of hospital clinical roles. You will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support safe and effective prescribing and verification of discharge prescriptions
  • Work in the dispensary, supporting weekend and bank holiday shifts
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Registration with the relevant professional council (e.g. NMC, HCPC, GMC)
  • Experience of hospital clinical roles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
