About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to join our team at Dow Jones. As a key member of our Risk Center, you will play a critical role in optimizing our Risk Center Third-Party (RCTP) Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee bug resolution processes, managing the RCTP Product Strategy escalation inbox for issue resolution and contribute to RCTP ISO certification processes.
  • Provide timely service updates to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new RCTP features through User Acceptance Testing and customization analysis.
  • Oversee the tenancy upgrade program for customized tenancies.
  • Monitor product performance, promptly escalating issues to Technology for remedial action.
  • Manage end-of-contract/offboarding processes and participate in project planning, release management, and department procedures.

Requirements

  • Five + years of operations management experience in a technology environment.
  • Proficiency in common B2B/operational management platforms such as Excel, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.
  • Change implementation experience.
