About the Role

As the Product Operations Manager at Dow Jones, you'll help optimize Risk Center Third-Party (RCTP) Product Operations.

This hands-on position requires a process-driven person with a technical background, focusing on efficient bug resolution, ISO certification support, and streamlined feature releases.

You bring two or more years of operations management experience in a technology environment, proficiency in B2B platforms and a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee bug resolution processes, managing the RCTP Product Strategy escalation inbox for issue resolution & contribute to RCTP ISO certification processes.
  • Provide service updates to customers.
  • Help deliver new RCTP features through User Acceptance Testing and customization analysis.
  • Oversee the tenancy upgrade programme for customized tenancies.
  • Monitor product performance, promptly escalating issues to Technology for remedial action.
  • Manage end-of-contract/offboarding processes.Participate in project planning, release management, and department procedures.

Your Qualifications

  • Five + years of operations management experience in a technology environment.
  • Proficiency in common B2B/operational management platforms such as Excel, Azure DevOps, Salesforce.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.
  • Change implementation experience.
