Regional Supply Chain Manager North Europe

We are a dynamic company specializing in renewable energy solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to join our team in the North Europe region. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our supply chain operations, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our customers while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, with experience in managing complex supply chains and developing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Your expertise will enable us to optimize our supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of our supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation logistics, and supplier relations.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including data on inventory levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain operations and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around €65,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
