Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Claims Coordinator to join our team at Relocruitment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist claims managers in handling claims, with a view to developing your skills and progressing into a Claims Manager position. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the insurance department as needed and assist in the management of motor and employer liability (EL) claims.

As a successful candidate, you will possess strong data entry skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for assisting with insured claims across the network, entering settlement details onto the banking system for payment, and providing premium and claim reporting to Baxendales on a monthly basis.

Experience in an office or administrative role is essential, and you should have a structured and organised approach with good attention to detail. A flexible approach and positive attitude are also necessary to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with insured claims across the network
  • Enter settlement details onto banking system for payment
  • Premium & claim reporting to Baxendales for all network companies on a monthly basis
  • Supplying all requested information to Baxendales auditors during the annual audit process
