Job Title: Operations Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our industrial cleaning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring timely delivery of services, and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and plan cleaning and waste activities with customers to establish overtime requirements and meet service delivery targets.
  • Ensure cleaning and waste activities are delivered as and when required by schedule.
  • Conduct quality and health and safety audits and address non-conformances.
  • Monitor staff holiday allocation, attendance, absenteeism, and timekeeping, and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Understand and apply company HR processes for dealing with grievances and disciplinary situations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Effective customer query and complaint handling.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.

What We Offer:

  • £28,400 per annum plus 5% shift allowance plus overtime.
