Job Purpose:
At Rubber Duck Cars, we are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team on a permanent night shift basis. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
- Deliver excellent technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
- Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
- Commit to continuous learning and development.
- Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent). You should also have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork. Additionally, you will need to be capable of supporting, coaching, and developing colleagues and junior team members. A valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months is also required. Finally, you will need to provide evidence of the 'Right to work in the UK'.
