Senior/Principal Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Associate to join our fast-growing Private Client Team in Norwich. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our Partners on complex and high-value matters, as well as managing your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise high net worth individuals and trustees on estate and succession planning, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.
  • Draft complex Wills and provide guidance on trustee powers and duties.
  • Establish trusts and manage financial aspects of client cases.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as real estate and corporate, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of PQE experience in a large regional or City firm.
  • Proven track record of managing complex files and financial management.
  • Experience with STEP Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written English and research skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills, with ability to work with others and influence.
