Financial Analyst Trainee Position

As a Management Accountant Trainee at Young's Seafood, you will play a vital role in supporting operational efficiency and driving business growth through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining accurate financial models to inform business decisions.
- Analysing labour and yield reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborating with Operations teams to challenge labour reporting and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintaining Challenge 10 and R&D trackers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Providing financial support to the Finance team as needed.
- Contributing to the development of the Monthly Operations CI Pack and Finance Check In pack.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in management accounts or a related field.
- A strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
