Your new company This highly successful and growing businesses have an expanding customer base and are currently recruiting for a Trainee Accountant, number 2 to the Head of Finance, on a full time basis, based in Co. Tyrone.
Your new role As Trainee Accountant, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and gain exposure to: * Production of weekly management accounts to strict timelines * Production of aspects of the periodic management accounts * Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to support the wider business * Support the forecast and budget process * Support during audits (both statutory and internal audits) * Support the hard close process and completion of balance sheet reconciliations as required * Any other reports/information as requested by the Management Accountant to support the finance team/wider business What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will need to have: Accounting and Finance degree or similar; Minimum 1+ years experience working in an accounting environment Highly motivated, ambitious and commercially minded; Ability to adapt to change in highly competitive, fast-paced environment; Excellent time management; Strong communication skills; Experience of Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail; What you'll get in return If you're looking for a role that offers variety, growth, and the chance to make a tangible impact, a trainee accountant position in industry could be perfect for you.
