About the Role

We are recruiting an Education Assistant Professional to join our dynamic team in South Staffordshire, providing educational support to students in need.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Support classroom teachers in developing lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  2. Create a safe and stimulating learning environment, encouraging students to thrive academically and socially.
  3. Provide targeted support to students requiring additional assistance, helping them to close the gap and achieve their full potential.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure students receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their educational journey.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational context is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of supporting students with special educational needs, ensuring inclusivity and equality.
  • A teaching assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent is highly beneficial.
