Private Client Tax Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a leading firm that offers substantial scope for career progression. As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of private clients, providing expert tax advice and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters.
- Tax Compliance and Advisory: Oversee the preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation. Advise clients on a wide range of tax issues, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax planning.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients and attract new business. Participate in networking events and contribute to marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's profile in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in private client tax, preferably within an accountancy practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and delivering high-quality tax advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
