Wind Turbine Performance Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aerodynamics Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and improvement in wind turbine performance.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits including a pension scheme and holiday allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Prediction and analysis of wind turbine performance using advanced mathematical models
- Development and implementation of new technologies to improve wind turbine efficiency
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in wind turbine design
- Testing and validation of products and services to ensure high-quality outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree qualified within an Engineering related subject
- Strong understanding of aerodynamics and its applications in wind turbine design
- Experience with SCADA systems desirable, but not essential
- Based in a commutable distance of Oxford
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal
