About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to work at Porsche Centre Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all requests are dealt with promptly.
You will work closely with internal and external customers/suppliers, communicating effectively to identify and source parts. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining the parts stock room and managing stock levels.
A successful Parts Advisor will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required, as well as excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
About You
As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will work a variety of flexible patterns, which may include weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about continuous improvement and building an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.
