Café Specialist

We're looking for a driven Café Specialist to join our team at OneRetail. As a key member of our High Street brand, you'll deliver exceptional customer service and craft high-quality beverages.

Your estimated salary will be around £18,000 - £20,000 per year, depending on your experience.

Job Description:

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area.
• Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Leverage your knowledge of brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs to ensure optimal performance.
• Promote Costa's brand image and maintain a positive reputation.
• Adhere to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
