About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
* Experience working in a care home setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends
