About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Manor House Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist in the management of the care home environment, maintaining and improving clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care home.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £22.
  • A 42-hour working week, with a salary of circa £48,048 per annum.
  • Seven weeks of annual leave.
  • A comprehensive pension scheme.
  • A paid DBS check.
  • Uniforms provided.
  • Onsite parking.

Requirements:

  • RGN/RMN qualified.
  • Valid PIN.
  • Excellent communication skills.
