About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Manor House Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and contributing to the overall success of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist in the management of the care home environment, maintaining and improving clinical standards.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our care home.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.
- A 42-hour working week, with a salary of circa £48,048 per annum.
- Seven weeks of annual leave.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
- A paid DBS check.
- Uniforms provided.
- Onsite parking.
Requirements:
- RGN/RMN qualified.
- Valid PIN.
- Excellent communication skills.
