About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a reputable school in the Gloucester area. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans for each pupil.
  • Assist with the delivery of lessons and activities, ensuring that pupils with SEN are fully included.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting back to teaching staff as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
