Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Plumbing and Heating Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of plumbing pipes and fittings, underfloor heating, and pre-insulated pipework to M&E contractors and installers. Your primary focus will be on generating new business and managing existing accounts to achieve a turnover target of circa £350k.

Key Responsibilities:

* Field sales position, selling to M&E contractors and installers
* 70% of your time will be spent selling to M&E contractors and installers, and 30% selling into independent and national merchants
* Turnover target of circa £350k
* Project sizes vary, but typically range from £350 to £1k per house
* 70% new business, 30% account management

Requirements:

* Technical field sales experience with plumbing and heating contractors and merchants
* Ideally sold to M&E contractors and installers
