Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Retail Manager to join our team at We Buy Any Car. As a Regional Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Retail Branch Managers across the region to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate Retail Branch Managers to drive performance and achieve business objectives
  • Participate in daily conference calls to discuss regional performance and sales targets
  • Conduct weekly 1-2-1's with Buyer Development Leaders to discuss sales performance and provide coaching and guidance
  • Visit Retail Branches across the region on a daily basis to monitor performance and provide support and guidance as needed
  • Maintain good working relationships with key contacts and clients to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in a Regional Manager or Area Manager role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong levels of numeracy and business acumen
