Job Overview

Orona, a leading global provider of lift solutions, is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lift systems, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal lift performance and safety.
  • Respond to lift breakdown callouts, carrying out minor repairs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients, meeting agreed response times and providing regular updates to the Service Manager.
  • Participate in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota, ensuring seamless support to our customers.
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
