About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IT professional to manage our AD system, deploy applications, and work with customers to facilitate user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing our AD system
  • Deploying applications
  • Working with customers to facilitate user acceptance testing

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months' experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in an MSP or enterprise environment
  • Two years' experience of managing either SCCM or Intune
  • Intune and MDM management
  • Autopilot and device compliance policy management
  • AD Administration experience
  • Scripting skills; specifically PowerShell
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Desktop productivity suite configuration and deployment (Office 365)
  • Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks
  • Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
  • Self-motivator and able to motivate others
  • Diplomatic when faced with issues
  • Willing to undertake further training to fulfill the requirements of the role
  • Willing to work additional hours to meet the demands of the role
  • May be required to travel on company business on an ad-hoc basis
