Job Summary:

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead on night shifts. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, leading by example, and promoting a culture of excellence within our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Clinical Governance: Provide outstanding leadership to care staff, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained at all times.
  • Resident Care: Support residents with complex needs and dependency levels, providing clinical nursing care, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, and wound care.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring that their care is person-centered and of the highest quality.
  • Quality Improvement: Continuously strive for clinical excellence within the care home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Qualifications: An NMC Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Clinical Skills: Experienced in clinical assessment tools, such as Waterlow and MUST, and skilled in writing comprehensive care plans.
