Position Overview:
This full-time, permanent position is based at The Horder Centre in Crowborough, offering remarkable opportunities for professional growth and development. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires availability for day shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts, with enhanced pay rates for these periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and staff.
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with patients and team members through effective communication.
- Uphold the outstanding reputation of The Horder Centre through compassionate care.
- Engage in continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.
Candidate Profile:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration and prior experience in orthopaedics.
- Demonstrated passion for nursing and patient care, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Approachable and personable, with a strong desire to contribute to our high standards of service.
