Job Summary


We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Administrator to join our Continence Service in Canterbury. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our hard-working frontline NHS teams.


Your primary responsibility will be to use your knowledge, experience, and expertise to deliver high-quality administrative services, contributing to the excellent experience our patients and service users have every day.


Main Duties


The successful candidate will have:



  • Administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to plan and organize own workload without direct supervision
