Community Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our Community Mental Health Team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical care to working-age adults with severe and complex mental health issues.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in assessing and treating patients with severe mental health problems.
- Collaborate with Neighbourhood Leads to develop effective treatment plans and allocate calls to GPs.
- Work closely with medical support workers, nurse prescribers, and community pharmacists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry and excellent communication skills. Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
