About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Club Assistant. The successful candidate will work with children in the morning before the start of the school day, ensuring their safety and happiness.
Main Duties:
- Supervise children during breakfast time in the school grounds
- Assist with their welfare and promote positive conduct in line with council policy and procedures
- Clean tables and any spillages, ensuring the dining area is clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a school situation or voluntary capacity
- Positive, approachable, and pleasant individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and able to execute routine tasks on your own initiative
- Ability to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role
Working Pattern:
5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 9:00 am
