We are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join our finance team at The One Group. This role will involve managing debt levels, building relationships with customers, and overseeing another Credit Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Debt Management: Manage debt levels and ensure timely payment from customers.
  2. Credit Checking: Conduct thorough credit checks on new customers and manage credit limits.
  3. Credit Control: Escalate bad debt and work with credit insurers to recover outstanding payments.
  4. Team Management: Oversee another Credit Controller and provide guidance and support as needed.
  5. Reporting: Report to the Financial Controller and provide regular updates on debt levels and credit control activities.

Requirements:

  1. Accomplished Credit Controller with experience in debt management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
