Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Services Coordinator - Homeownership to join our Commercial & Revenue Team at Stonewater. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a professional and efficient service to customers, facilitating a range of homeowner transactions, and providing specialist advice and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on the sales and conveyancing process, providing explanations of legal documents and next steps.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service through a personable approach, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Utilize computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Customer Management Systems, to efficiently manage tasks and data.
  • Read, interpret, and translate lease terms to ensure adherence and accuracy.
  • Work proactively, using initiative to complete tasks and projects, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Conduct affordability assessments, calculate completion statements, and interpret service charge queries with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the sales and conveyancing process, with the ability to advise customers and provide explanations of legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Customer Management Systems.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and translate lease terms, with a strong understanding of legal documents and terminology.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
