About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated and supportive team in the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based in the North and West of Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer assessments and interventions to patients with mental health needs, managing a caseload of patients with various mental health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including Medical, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Psychology colleagues, to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in the duty and triage function, providing support to patients and colleagues as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient-centered and evidence-based practice.
  • Engage in supervision and peer review to maintain high standards of care and professional development.
