Job Overview:

As an Area Service Engineer, you will handle scheduled service calls, small works assignments, and participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota. Occasional work outside your designated region may be required.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and promoting the company's standards of professionalism, customer care, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations within your designated service area.
  • Communicate outstanding issues to your Line Manager or Supervisor.
  • Minimise repeat visits by effectively managing service calls.
  • Represent the company positively and act as an ambassador.
  • Complete assigned duties promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • A solid understanding of CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and Fire Systems.
  • A willingness to undergo training in company-specific areas or identified skill gaps.
  • A commitment to health and safety regulations and company policies.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include access to Perkbox rewards, paid door-to-door travel, apprenticeship opportunities, and ongoing training and development.
