About the Role
As a Conveyancing Associate at Sue Ross Recruitment Ltd, you will be supporting a Fee Earner with a caseload of Buying and selling, Remortgaging, Transfer of Equity, and Equity Release. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare correspondence, forms, and documents in accordance with instructions.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing sale contracts and relevant supporting documentation on registered and unregistered titles.
  • Facilitating exchange of contracts.
  • Preparing and/or arranging financial statements, submissions, certificates of title for advance funds.

In this role, you will act as a point of contact for clients by telephone and face-to-face, including recording accurate messages and information. You will also professionally liaise with clients, estate agents, financial advisors, mortgage lenders, and other law firms as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the full conveyancing process and of assisting fee earners within a conveyancing team. Experience within a similar role is also essential. You will require a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook, and prior experience using case management systems.

This position offers an estimated salary of £28,500 - £38,000 per annum.
