Luxury Dining Establishment Manager Job Description

The Doyle Collection is a carefully curated collection of luxury and urban hotels located centrally in London, Dublin, Washington DC, Cork, and Bristol. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our luxury dining establishment in London.

Job Overview:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and superior dining experience for our esteemed guests.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and overall dining experience.
  2. Manage inventory, control costs, and drive revenue growth through effective management practices.
  3. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety regulations, and uphold impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in restaurant management, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
