We are seeking a driven and experienced individual to join the Claridge's team as our new Dining Room Manager.

About the Role

As the leader of our dining establishment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service, creating genuine emotional bonds with guests, and ensuring the highest quality products are used in the restaurant.

You will have a genuine passion for food and beverage, and an understanding of current food trends, culture, and industry developments. Your commitment to consistent quality and dedication to Claridge's will be evident in your work.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest level of food and beverage service is maintained at all times.
  • Create genuine emotional bonds with guests, building loyalty and creating exceptional service experiences.
  • Commitment to the highest quality products that are used in the restaurant.
  • Genuine passion for food and beverage, and an understanding of current food trends, culture, and industry developments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
  • Have previous experience in a Restaurant Manager role and will have worked in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Have exceptional knowledge of food, wines, and spirits, and a good understanding of artisan and organic products.
