Job Summary

This role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the IFA team, encompassing business processing, financial administration, and client liaison. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate client data and information, utilizing various CRM systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain fully compliant files, ensuring all documents are stored on the client's document management system in a timely manner.
  • Produce client valuations in preparation for annual reviews and in line with the Client Service Agreement, raising invoices for additional requests not covered by the paid service.
  • Process servicing tasks in accordance with the Client Service Agreement, raising invoices for additional requests not part of the paid services.
  • Develop relationships with clients, consultants, and third parties through regular telephone and occasional face-to-face contact.
  • Contribute to project-related work, collaborating with the team to achieve company goals and targets.
Requirements
  • Essential administration and customer service experience.
  • Telephone-based experience would be beneficial.
  • Financial Services experience, preferably in a life and pensions environment, would be advantageous.
