Job Title: Administrator to Senior IFA

This role will involve providing administrative support to our team of Senior IFAs, covering all aspects of administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the IFA team with administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems and platforms, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce client valuations and reports, in line with the Client Service Agreement, and raise invoices for additional services.
  • Process servicing tasks, including updating client files and managing client relationships.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, and third parties, through regular telephone and occasional face-to-face contact.
  • Participate in project-related work, working collaboratively with the team to meet company goals and targets.
Requirements:
  • Administration and customer service experience is essential.
  • Telephone-based experience would be beneficial.
  • Financial Services experience, preferably in a life and pensions environment, would be advantageous.
